Depending on the piece: a name, an initial, a date, a birthstone, or a photo. What a given design allows is shown on its own product page as a field you fill in before adding to the basket.

How do I add a photo to a piece?

On the designs that take one, an upload appears on the product page with a Choose File button. Pick the photo from your device before you add the item to the basket, so it travels with the order.

How long does personalised jewellery take to arrive?

Standard shipping runs 8 to 12 days. Personalised pieces are made to your details, so allow for that on top if it is needed for a particular date.

Can personalised jewellery be returned?

A piece engraved or made with your own photo is not the same as a stock item, so read the returns policy before ordering if you are unsure about spelling or sizing. Checking the spelling twice at checkout saves most of the trouble.
