Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries. There is no minimum order.
Processing and delivery
- Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Personalised items can take a little longer.
- Delivery: usually 10 to 20 days after dispatch. Delivery times can be longer in busy periods such as Christmas, and we show an estimate on each product page.
- Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement. You can also use Track Order in the menu of our website.
Customs, duties and taxes
Any customs charges, duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, email help@chicandbling.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. You do not need to deal with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. Email us right away if you need to change it; we can only change it before the order is dispatched.
