The pendant is designed to hold a small, symbolic amount of ashes — typically a pinch (approximately 0.03–0.05 g). It is not intended to hold a full volume of remains. The pendant measures approximately 2 cm × 1.5 cm (¾" × ⅝").

How to fill

• Use the small funnel or scoop included with your order (or a folded piece of paper as a funnel).
• Ensure the ashes are fully dry and finely processed before filling.
• Add a pinch of ashes into the chamber, leaving a small gap at the top.
• Replace the threaded screw or stopper firmly by hand — do not over-tighten.
• For extra security, apply a tiny drop of clear jewellery adhesive or thread-seal tape around the stopper thread before closing (optional but recommended).

Water resistance & daily wear

• This pendant is not waterproof. Remove it before swimming, showering, bathing, or doing dishes.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning chemicals, as these can affect the white gold plating over time.
• The necklace is suitable for everyday wear with normal care — simply remove it before water activities and store it in a dry place.
• Pat dry immediately if it comes into contact with water.

Ongoing care

• Gently buff with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its shine.
• Store in the gift box or a soft pouch, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Avoid contact with other jewellery to prevent scratching.
• Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or harsh chemical polishes.

• We understand how distressing this would be. Please contact us — we will do our very best to help.
• Because the pendant holds only a small, symbolic portion of ashes, most families retain the remainder in a primary urn. We recommend keeping the rest of your pet's ashes safely stored as a precaution.
